Work on the car was excellent and timely. Chad was great.
However, Enterprise stinks. Not the people that work there, Dustan and CJ were great. But the car I wazs loaned stunk, and I was not happy to drive around in it. I turned in a Sonata trurbo with leather and nav, and recieved a Chevy Impala that smelled like urine. I made this known to enterprise, and basically got the run around until my real car was fixed. Like I said, the rest of my experience with BCF was great, but Enterprise soured the whole thing. I probably wouldn't return/recommend because of this.
