Very satisfied with bill cramer chevrolet 12/4/2012

I purchased a 2012 sonic from bill cramer a few months back and had a problem with a noise in the engine. I like most people was upset that a new car would make such a noise, but thanks to jennifer and her high sense of loyalty to her customers we were able to go in to the dealership and pick up a brand new sonic with no problems at all. I was very impressed by jennifer and the team at bill cramer for taking care of business and now they have a very satisfied customer. more

VERY BAD!!!! 1/28/2011

First, let me say that I did NOT purchase my car at your dealership. (I did try, but you guys would not give me a good enough deal. I was trading in a BMW M5, and Sandy Sansing gave me $7000 more in trade in. I did, however, encourage my neighbors, to buy the 2009 Z06 that was on your lot about a year ago, and they did, indeed, purchase the vehicle from you. \r \r Since I live here, I was hoping to make you guys my local service dealer. That?s why I had my oil changed in your service department on 1/4/2011.\r \r My car is a 2007 Corvette Z06. Pretty expensive car. When the car was finished, I paid my bill, and this ?Multi point Vehicle Inspection ? was attached. Several things bothered me. \r \r First of all, it says that all 4 tires ?may require attention soon?. I purchased $1800+ worth of tires just before Thanksgiving. Then I took it to your dealership to have them aligned. The tires have not had 500 miles put on them, but your service people, think they ?may require attention more

I have to say purchasing my brand new GMC Sierra from this Dealership was the best vehicle buying experience that I have ever had. The sales person and manager where very straight forward with the figures! I saved a good chunk of money from their special pricing. Also another comment I wish to make along with the very smooth sales process is that there was absolutely no pressure what so ever. I highly recommend Bill Cramer Chevrolet to anyone in the market or possibly thinking of purchasing a vehicle. You will not regret it, I know I didn?t. more

Poor Customer Service 6/15/2010

Had my Cavalier towed to Cramer Chevrolet and was told the problem was a bad fuel pump and associated equipment. They wanted to charge me over $1000 to replace.\r \r I got a second quote from a reputable mechanic who uses AC Delco parts and the price was almost half. Even after I paid Cramer $90 + tax (also rediculous!) for the diagnostics and a $45 tow from Cramer to the mechanic I still saved over $400.\r \r Took the service department over an hour to close out my repair ticket so I could have the car towed.\r \r Overall my experience with the serivce department was less than desireable. \r \r I will have to think long and hard when I need a new vehicle. I love Chevrolets but may have to go out of town to purchase. more

Bill Cramer Chevrolet Cadillac is not worth your time 12/1/2009

Complaint: My complaint from Bill Cramer stems from the service department regarding my Cadillac. Simply, I was not a Bill Cramer customer until my previous GM dealership closed; the previous dealer had been continually working on chronic problems the car had with 2 squeaks/rattles. The first had been a problem from the day I purchased the car used, and I have documentation to prove that the previous dealership attempted to fix the problem on numerous occasions. This problem commenced before the warranty period on the vehicle ran out. A second rattle was caused by the previous dealership when they fixed the sunroof on the vehicle; they again attempted to fix the problem but were unable. I have documentation to prove this history as well. It was at this point that the previous dealership, with excellent customer service, closed. I brought my vehicle to Bill Cramer to have a few warranty repairs completed as well as fix the 2 aforementioned rattles. Simply, they refused, saying more

Never get it Right 7/12/2008

Took my vehicle to get warranty fixes. Mirrors were not functioning, they said they could not replicate problem. I doubt they did because all you had to do was go in reverse. Finally got them to replace mirror after third visit, even though i mentioned it may be a software problem. They said they did a warranty fix for my electrical system but my battery went dead anyways. I'm going foreign. more

Consumer Night Mare Tommy Thomas Cheverolet 8/20/2007

Fact Bought New 1990 Chevrolet for Home Health care. Problem grindings in rear end, solution replaced right rear brake and hub mega money, problem persist. I took it back and nothing wrong took it to another dealer wrong rear end fluid when top off when bought. Fact Bought used Suburban problem diesel glow plug malfunction replaced. # month later Glow plug failed again, problem loose ground wire they installed, charged again mega money. Problem Diesel pump bad, failed to supply bad part replaced new diesel pump. Small problems cutting out on occasions and now it quit. They now are charging me $85 to-look at. I am still pending to find reason and price. Doubt if they stand by their work more night mares if it follow the consumer abuse policy. Fact major Republican contributor from Tommy Thomas Chevrolet, help from State doubtful. more

If you car is under warrenty they take forever to get it back to you. if it is not they will get it back to you fast with a big bill. the work they do is good most of the time. PROS: good work mostly CONS: expensive more
