Complaint:
My complaint from Bill Cramer stems from the service department regarding my Cadillac. Simply, I was not a Bill Cramer customer until my previous GM dealership closed; the previous dealer had been continually working on chronic problems the car had with 2 squeaks/rattles. The first had been a problem from the day I purchased the car used, and I have documentation to prove that the previous dealership attempted to fix the problem on numerous occasions. This problem commenced before the warranty period on the vehicle ran out. A second rattle was caused by the previous dealership when they fixed the sunroof on the vehicle; they again attempted to fix the problem but were unable. I have documentation to prove this history as well.
It was at this point that the previous dealership, with excellent customer service, closed. I brought my vehicle to Bill Cramer to have a few warranty repairs completed as well as fix the 2 aforementioned rattles.
Simply, they refused, saying
