They gave me a window from 9am - 1pm, stayed at home all day to be sure not to miss the technician, even called in a couple times to verify he was still coming. At 3:30 I received a call saying he could be there in 15 minutes, of course I was on my way to an appointment at this time. After all this, the soonest they could reschedule for is 4 days later. Dont waste your time with this company.
