Came in for a low tire pressure. Turns out I needed all new tires because my alignment was off. Lady at the counter helped link me to some great and easy to read blogs explaining ...

You can't beat the location. It's walking distance to shopping and restaurants. They also have a shuttle to take you home or drop you off somewhere. more

Like Others I too live in Lafayette and when I called my local Big O and asked if they had a tire in stock they said no. That was pretty much it. Then I called Big O in Walnut Creek and the customer service could not have been better. Jack was a huge help on the phone, and Kevin in the store was outstanding. Offered and gave me a ride back to my house and stated that if I needed a ride back to pick up the car, just to let him know. He was a huge help and friendly when I got back and to get my vehicle. more

Great job. They to a ride with me to figure out my steering wheel was shaking and veering to the left. After a short ride they were able to figure it our with some special machine (the only one in the East bay I heard) Then I sat in the office drank fresh coffee (they have one of those instant coffee machines), browsed the internet and wrote this review on their free WiFi internet. I might just come in here to get free internet and coffee. When everything was done my truck drove great! more

I love bringing my car to this place! I bring my car here for an oil change. They always tell me if I need something else done besides the oil change or if it something that can wait until the next time I come in. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They have a shuttle service so, I don't have to wait there. I am so glad I know about this place! more

My wife started coming here for oil changes when they started their $199 for 6 synthetic oil changes. They have always been respectful of my ""high performance"" car and the techs give good recommendations. Some of their recommendations are premature or preventative maintenance, but it does give me a good warning for future service. My parents just started going here for oil changes, through my recommendation, and had a similar experience. more

Great experience. I called ahead to get a quote and was greeted with a friendly person, Kevin. He was professional and told me some pricing and tire options. I had two tires put on in less than 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and professional. Kevin shook my hand when the transaction was complete. Very pleasant transaction. more

I thought their prices were reasonable and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extras. I had 2 tires put on, an alignment done, a new battery installed, and a transmission flush all done in about an hour. I plan to return for my oil changes. Overall great experience! more

Much thanks to Jack and the rest of the staff at Big O Walnut Creek for staying open on Sunday afternoon to replace my flat tire. They let me take my car in at 3 pm (normal hours are until 2 pm on Sundays) and stayed open until 7 pm to finish the job. Not sure what I would have done without them, as nowhere else was open at the time. more

Great customer service! I ordered a new set of tires for my vehicle, they special ordered them but didn't take 3-6 business days as Costco tires does, it only took them less than 24 hours to get them!! When I arrived there (toting a two year old :) I needed a ride home but the shuttle service was out and about. So, they took us in our own car all the way home and then came back home to pick us up just when they said they would. Prices are pretty much the same as Costco but the customer service just tops it off!! ;) more

Had a blow out the other day and managed to limp my car over to the Big O folks on Broadway in Walnut Creek. Alex gave me the ""hook up"" - great deal on the replacement tire and complete blow-out protection for the future. I was in and out in 45 minutes (without and appointment - late in the afternoon). Couldn't have been more pleased with the service, the people and the fact I was back out ""in the fast lane"" in less time than it usually takes me to get out of my driveway in the morning. Another plus for me - they have a great per cup coffee brewing system that also helped to keep me happy. Not that you want to hang around an automobile shop.....but if you gotta go.....this is a good place to go for quick, efficient, cost-effective service. more
