Had a blow out the other day and managed to limp my car over to the Big O folks on Broadway in Walnut Creek. Alex gave me the ""hook up"" - great deal on the replacement tire and complete blow-out protection for the future. I was in and out in 45 minutes (without and appointment - late in the afternoon). Couldn't have been more pleased with the service, the people and the fact I was back out ""in the fast lane"" in less time than it usually takes me to get out of my driveway in the morning. Another plus for me - they have a great per cup coffee brewing system that also helped to keep me happy. Not that you want to hang around an automobile shop.....but if you gotta go.....this is a good place to go for quick, efficient, cost-effective service.
