Excellent Customer Service 11/3/2010

I moved to Columbia in July of 2009. I'm a single mom with 2 teenagers. We've had several visits for repair to Big O with our vehicles. The customer service is beyond excellent. As a woman, I've never felt taken advantage of or deceived in any way. I highly recommend Big O Tires to all new families, especially single women in the community. more

Women beware: My wife went in for inspection on new vehicle. Mechanic told them things were wrong with car. She went back to the dealer (under warranty). Dealer mechanic said everything fine.\r I question the ethics. more

Highly Recommend, truly outstanding service.? 1/6/2009

I purchased 2 new tires, had one repaired, and had and alignment done. \r The staff was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Product selection was very good, and the service was timely. \r The service technician took the time to look at my car and tires. He even suggested that some of the service I was expecting to have done would not be worth the money.\r He also took the time to explain what was done when the car was picked up, and provided the alignment print outs.\r \r I was very impressed, I highly recommend Big O. more
