I purchased 2 new tires, had one repaired, and had and alignment done. \r
The staff was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Product selection was very good, and the service was timely. \r
The service technician took the time to look at my car and tires. He even suggested that some of the service I was expecting to have done would not be worth the money.\r
He also took the time to explain what was done when the car was picked up, and provided the alignment print outs.\r

I was very impressed, I highly recommend Big O.
