What a great place - I almost didn't go here because it doesn't exactly look great from the outside but let me tell you it is wonderful on the inside. All of their machines are clean and good quality and you have the choice of several different sized machines. The woman on duty couldn't have been sweeter to me and she was very attentive in cleaning and picking up to make sure that the place stayed nice and clean. The other customers there all seemed nice and polite. The washers were very gentle and did an excellent job. The dryers are free and so I was able to just keep a couple of loads going on low heat while I folded another one so nothing ended up wrinkled. I can't wait to go back! more

POOR CUST SERVICE 8/23/2010

On Sunday, August 15 at approx 1pm, I made change, put my clothes/soap and my monies into machine as wells a push buttons to start machine and then left to pick up my sister from church. In approx 30 minutes, I returned and the machine had not started washed my clothes I asked your attendant on duty for help, she said I am not helping you, talk to the manager Monday. This is worst service i have ever gotten. I have over 30years of customer service experience and training. dont go to Big bend coin launry more
