On Sunday, August 15 at approx 1pm, I made change, put my clothes/soap and my monies into machine as wells a push buttons to start machine and then left to pick up my sister from church. In approx 30 minutes, I returned and the machine had not started washed my clothes I asked your attendant on duty for help, she said I am not helping you, talk to the manager Monday. This is worst service i have ever gotten. I have over 30years of customer service experience and training. dont go to Big bend coin launry
