The best fine jewelry store I have ever been to. the staff was so kind and they gave me exceptional service. I also met the owners who were amazing and so nice. I came in to purchase some diamond earrings, I found what I wanted and more. they have a HUGE selection of diamond jewelry it was so hard to decided what I wanted! I spent about 5 hours in this store just looking at everything. I ended up leaving with a pair of beautiful diamond studs and an intricate diamond bangle. their designs are so different from what you would normally find in Tiffanys or any other popular jewelry store. I truly felt like I was in a candy store! I will be going back very soon. more

These people are big ripoff. Do your research for prices before going there or else be ready to lose your hard earned money. There is no transparency in their dealing and the receipt they give does not show how much the item cost and how much is the tax. Stay away from them. more

When U go to buy they treat u like Prince/Princess, but if u need to exchange or sell-they r not ready to buy that back!! On top of it nobody will explain u why.... Overcharging every customer..... Worst place to go!! more

Beware - they charge you ton of money\r \r We bought a long chain for my wife and they are very expensive compared to the prices in other stores. I was suspicious when the tag was high and she reduced the price dramatically and we were satisfied with the price, but when we came home and did little bit of research... I realized we got ripped off completely ;). Beware and do your homework before visiting Bhindi! more

Went to buy a Rolex there on recommendations from people at rolexforums. I have to say, my experience was great! Went in without any high expectations, but walked out with great price on the watch and awesome service. They also have one of the largest selections in the country for Rolexes. Spent about 2 hours there just talking shop with the Sales Manager/Owner there. Even though the one I bought was a lowly stainless steel watch, they let me try on anything I wanted without a blink of an eye...Even a 100K platinum diamond encrusted Rolex! Great experience! Definitely getting my next watch there! more

Very reliable jeweler, totally no-nonsense, no-frills approach to selling. They tell you like it is, and there is no favouritism towards bigger customers. I went in for the first time a couple of years ago, looking to buy a very small item during a crazy weekend. There were others also waiting, looking to buy much more, but they served everyone in order, no matter how big or small our purchase. They also carry much higher quality diamonds than most other jewelers, so if you are comparing prices, make sure that you specify not just the quality, but also who graded it. Different graders have different standards, so one may say one thing but according to another's standards, it may be different, so just make sure you are comparing on the same scale. I saw one very confused person come in and ask why the Costco E colour was priced so much lower, and they had to explain that Bhindi's diamonds undergo a much tougher grading critieria. All in all, if you are a serious buyer and genuine client, these guys take care of you. I take my stuff in for cleaning, repairs, etc all the time. more

This place is awesome! Let me first off let you guys know that I've been shopping almost everywhere for Rolex watches. I hate shopping anywhere else because they always judge on the way you dress and always expect you to buy something before they even want to greet you. The other places I go to never even think I would be a potential customer. I usually walk into places in a tshirt and jeans and always get treated the same. Not Bhindi Jewelers. Bhindi always gives me the respect I am looking for as a potential customer. They are always welcoming even if I just stopped by to say hi and to check out what is new. Bhindi Jewelers is a great place to buy Rolex watches and also Tag Huer watches. They will always have the best prices and also the rarest watches that anyone will ever see. They will always show me any watch I want to see without regards of me being able to run out with them. At other Asian places, they would only show me one watch at a time =( Bhindi will give you a great experience. Usually I would go in just to say hi since they're so friendly. There are many complimentary gifts when buying a Rolex from them. Also, they have a yearly watch show that people should check out too because that is the time when the rarest of the rare watches come out and Bhindi will be giving the best prices. I've already purchased 3 watches and I have many other family members that have purchased many. There's only one reason why we've kept going back. You'll know why if you pay them a visit. They are all great people. more

I don't understand why other people have given bad reviews, I had an experience I have never received from any other retail store. My daughter was getting married, and she is the worlds toughtest client, we must have gone to the store 6 to 7 times before she finalized what she liked, and the mangement even got involved to help us finalize the purchase. Since then I have recommended this store to all my friends and family who have spent alot more money than I have. They even fixed my broken jewelry. more

Wow. Just went back today to Bhindi to send in a Rolex for maintanence. Very helpful staff. Wasn't expecting it, but my fiance and I just got a pair of matching Yacht Masters from there. What a great price! Just couldn't pass up on the offer. I'm gonna enjoy this Christmas gift for the rest of the year. more

I purchased my Rolex watch at Bhindi in Artesia and it was excellent. I particularly want to thank Mr. Ashwin for being so attentive and professional and giving me an excellent deal. I did went to Morgans and Ben Bridge Jewelers prior to this , but I found no better deal compared to Bhindi. I'm very very happy with my new Rolex Datejust BLue Jubille with Diamonds watch. Bhindi is one of the rare Indian jewelry shops that have an affordable selection... most Indian shops in LA are highly overpriced... Bhindi Jewelers, in the heart of Little India, sports a great collection of everything from trinkets to more expensive rings and bracelets... the staff is also very friendly... I had to get an item replaced because the beads had fallen out and they did so without fuss and also gave me a free set of Kurta (an Indian dress) buttons for all my trouble! These guys are very awesome and very friendly! more
