I got a diamond ring as a grad gift from there. A diamond Fell Out!! They refused to fix it, even with the papers they gave me when it was sized. They were so rude about the whole experience. Rather than apologizing and fixing it, they pretend it wasn't from there store, implying that I was a lier!?!? Then after vowing to never return, years passed, I bought a baby sized gold pendant for my new baby. Two gems fell out within a day, before baby even wore it. They refuse a refund, even though its a choking hazard, will not pull the item from their shelves for babies. UNETHICAL?? I will not even be getting an even exchange.CROOKS! with bad workmanship. Highglow down the road is 110% kinder, more human, ethical and fair. If you are not INDIAN Bhindi will completely rip you off. Shop well in that area before you just step in there.
