When I walked in and did an introductory and then purchased a package of privates and classes, everything was great. But then I found out that my hip issues may be more serious than I had thought and it was recommended to me by my doctor that I put off physical activity for two-three weks or so.. and get it checked out a bit more. Plus I was scheduled to leave the country shortly after that time for possibly an extended period.\r
\r
I went back, and since I was going to be unable to do this, and was not sure when I was coming back, plus what my needs would be when I came back, I asked for a refund - excepting the session I had already done, of course.\r
\r
I was refused, repeatedly, and in no certain terms. I had not used any of the sessions, either. They were only willing to extend my package, but not refund me.\r
\r
I found them unhelpful and arrogant.\r
\r
When I come back from abroad, I am going to do, hopefully right away, my classes I had paid for, because there is no way I am going to have these people have my money without getting service for it, and then I am never going back. And I will make sure my clients all know about this.\r
\r
I also found it a bit annoying that after my intro session I was encouraged to buy a package TODAY, right away, they said that if I didn't do it right there and then I would not get the new client price. If I had not been bullied into it, I would have spoken with my doctor and knowing what I knew then I would have put off buying this package. I did not buy it because of that, necessarily, my intent was to fully exploit this opportunity and new fitness regime, but when I found I couldn't, they couldn't have been less helpful. When I sent an email to them I never received a proper response.\r
