The therapist Eva was great, but when I tried to set up a payment plan (I've been out of work for a while and needed to pay in partial) they sent me to the corporate offices to set up the plan.
I applied for hardship and faxed the paperwork in. FIrst response, they lost the paperwork. I refaxed and then after numerous calls, I learn the woman had left the company so I had to start over. Three weeks later, they tell me their accounts dept has move to Atlanta or Tennessee.
I have left message after message to get this handled. I tried contcting the MDR office and the woman in charge STEPHANIE is so difficult. She refuses to help, never returns calls and then tells me this company doesn't allow you to make payments online, they must be sent via mail WTH? It's the 21 century. WHo doesnt accept online payments.
I have left messages on their general line no one ever answers the main line and have not recieved one call back from the accounting dept.
so, I call Stephnie and tell her that I'd like to send a pmt in, she says i have to walk it into the office. I tell her that it's 45 minute drive.
It's now 9 months that I have been dealing with this. I get to a certain point, then feel like I'm going to blow a gasket and stop dealing with it. THen I try again and get STEPHANIE again and get nowhere.
I called the Brentwood branch and they said ""you can mail a payment in"" so why wont this idiot allow me to?
I would never go to this branch again. It is so unreasonable that they will not work a people and I WANT TO PAY THEM!
This woman should be fired immediately - every time I think I'm getting somewhere it falls apart - even the office staff knows she's difficult because they make it obvious that's how she is to all patients.
I am at a loss as to how this company is still in business.
And how this woman, when there are a glut of good unemployed people, manages to keep her job.
GO to any other branch but this one!
