I was looking for a trustworthy shop to do some preventative suspension and brake work on my Nissan Frontier at a fair price. After reading some great reviews online, I decided to stop by. One visit and I knew (that unmistakable gut feeling) that I could trust the gang at Bevil. They had me back in my truck, all-around brakes and shock/struts replaced, in under three hours! Unbelievable service! Ask yourself this: "" When was the last time I walked out of a store/shop and couldn't figure out if the customer service or the quality was better?"" \r I you don't know then you haven't been to Bevil. I have had a good amount of work done from them and believe me, They strive to make you satisfied.\r I took my car ( 2011 dodge charger ) to the dealer because my breaks were squeaking ( new car and under warrantee ) I paid $50 bucks for them to tell me everything was ok. Went back home with my breaks making as much noise as they were before the dealership "" inspected "" the problem. Because my car is covered for any maintenance I always bring it to the dealer first. If not for the warrantee I would go straight to Craig at Bevil without a question in my mind. Bevil Automotive found why my breaks were squeaking, fixed the problem, performed general maintenance on my break pads in order to keep them from squeaking, and I paid less than what the dealer charged for doing absolutely nothing! \r \r Do your self a favor!\r Go to Bevil Automotive!\r more

I had suspension work and an oil change done on my Charger on 06/13/2011 and the service was outstanding. Everything was done ahead of time promised and even a little below the quote I was given. I will be taking my car back to Bevil Automotive for future repairs/updates/maintenance when needed. Even though they are not close to where I live, great service and honesty is well worth the gas money. I will definately be back! Thanks Bevil Automotive for the great experience. more

I called up Craig the other day to ask him for some pricing on parts/service that my girlfriend (Crystal) was told she needed on her SRT Jeep. Dallas Dodge told her she shouldnt be driving around the jeep because of all the service it needed. Told her the brakes were shot... she needed transmission fluid change & the differential service on the jeep. After the pricing was sent back to me it was already a done deal. Craig beat all the prices she was quoted by the dealer.. BIG TIME!!! Would have saved us a couple hundred bucks. After we talked prices we were running into the details... They told Crystal that she had to change out the transmission fluid & have the differential service done every 30K Miles... Rev called BS on that statement and quickly verified it was every 60K miles (Crystals jeep only has 40K) so that was a couple hundred we didnt have to spend already... I made the appointment to be at his shop for Friday... he was real flexible with his schedule and determined to get me in to fit MY schedule. I call ahead and he ordered the parts... when i arrive the parts are there and I hand over the keys and he pulls the jeep around back. THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE!!! So after a couple of minutes while i was talking to Tracy @ the Front desk Rev comes back asking questions. Why do you need brakes again? Noises? Problems? etc.... My answers: Dealer told Crystal that her brakes were shot and she was asking for problems driving around in them. Rev said we had over 60% left on our brakes and there was no reason to replace them. So not only did Rev have the BEST prices in town but he also saved me on buying/installing parts that weren't needed. Walked out of the shop with no fees/charges for looking at the car and taking off all 4 wheels. Moral of the story... 1. You just cant trust some dealerships... 2. When you need service from a mechanic you can trust... GO TO BEVIL AUTOMOTIVE!!! more

You couldn't ask for better service from Bevil Automotive!! Every time I’ve been there, I’ve received the most professional and courteous service I’ve ever received from any auto service shop I’ve been to. They strive for perfection and come through every time. I live in Frisco and have no problem taking the drive just to get service from Bevil Automotive!! more

I recommend this car workshop. I interacted with Craig, he is very friendly, did what he promised, finshed work in timely fashion. I visited them for fixing some scratches and dents. Initially, I choose this shop because they were very close to my office. I went back and forth couple of times due to some insurance estimates issue. Craig is very coordinating and helpful. Once the issue was solved, they scheduled my car and delivered excellent work on time. I feel suprised they even wash/wax my car inside and out, it looks brand new... Nice experiences. I highly recommend them. more
