Boiler Maintenance 3/21/2022

Jim Finnigan is the professional, punctual, and valuable technician working on my heating boiler. Jim does an outstanding job any time he is here for the maintenance. Would highly recommend Jim for his HVAC services to friends and family. Jim quickly diagnoses the issue and it is fixed in a quick up and running manner. Jim always answers my questions while explaining the processes. Beverly Services has always delivered quality services with Technicians such as Jim. I will continue to use their services. more

Frank at Beverly Made my Day! 10/14/2021

Jim Finnigan is one of the nicest service providers we have ever encountered. He always arrives on a timely basis, is extremely knowledgeable, always takes the time to explain that is exactly wrong with our equipment and what it entails to repair it. I have always worked in customer service and know how demanding this type of work can get. No matter what his day has brought, he is always tremendous and Beverly Service is lucky to have him as an employee! more

Knowledgeable and Friendly 3/30/2021

Beverly Service service techs are the best in the business. We have rather sophisticate boiler and AC and they kept everything running perfectly. They are personable and listen well and always put us at ease. I recommend them without reservation. more

Great Service 12/9/2020

Fred and Adam at Beverly Services are top notch. Adam responded to a no heat call promptly, figured out the problem and got the heat back on. Fred followed up with installation of a new part. Fred has also taken care of the furnace previously. Both bring a high level of expertise, are on time, courteous and efficient. more

Justin Pikutis did work at our home 11/23/2020

Justin repaired/replaced waste/overflow on our tub and other related plumbing today. He corrected and addressed a problem we had previously reported to Beverly Services. He was punctual and very courteous. His work product was excellent and his attention to detail was meticulous. He cleaned the job site completely, reviewed his work with us upon completion and he ensured that my wife and I were completely satisfied with the job before he left. Excellent worker who represented Beverly Services very favorably!! more

Plumbing services 10/17/2020

Justin was to my house last week, 1 of multi visits in the past several years, for a wide variety of issues. He has an outstanding work ethic, is skilled, knowledgeable, patient, pleasant & professional. He works neatly, takes the extra step to see that a project is done just right, & cleans everything up completely. He is tolerant of my cat's curiosity. When he leaves I have peace of mind that all was well done. more

Brandon E service was great, he knew exactly what to do and performed it perfectly. An excellent tech and since has so personable I give him 5 stars and will call again when service is needed. Plumbing services 1/15/2020

Justin has been to my house many times in the past several years for a wide variety of plumbing issues. He is an exceptionally knowledgeable & skilled professional. He takes the extra steps to do the job just right, remains patient & pleasant in difficult circumstances, works neatly, cleans up completely & is respectful of my house. When he leaves I can rest assured that the problem is solved.He is also friends with my cat! more

Service Review - Fred Foor, Technician with Beverly Services 12/9/2019

I want to acknowledge the excellent job Fred Foor with Beverly Services did in providing service this past week to repair our Heat Pump. When Fred did the initial service call in November he communicated what was needed to fix the problem as well as provide information relating to an additional cost that that I may incur from my home warranty company. Knowing this information upfront was so important in order to budget in the potential cost especially during the holidays! Luckily, the uncovered portion from my home warranty was minimal which was a blessing! I sincerely want to thank Fred for being so professional and honest.
