Furnace repairs 12/23/2016

I had two of the best guys at my home today working on my furnace. The first tech that came out Brandon Evans was very smart and knew what to do and he tried to fix the problem i was having with the speed of the fan and the noise. He did a great job and it worked for a few days. I had to call again and the second time they sent out Jim and Ian both of these guy are on top of their game. They jumped in and listened for the noise check out every thing. They had to replaced the motor which had gone bad. Very nice to talk with, listened to what i had to say, it took them no time to find and repair. I would highly recommend them and will ask for them if i need work done. Thank you very much more

He showed me how to operate and clean the devices while there. He took his time and did a thorough job. He was careful about cleaning up. more

Call Beverly Service about a furnace issue and requested Jim F. to come out. He was busy and I was willing to wait until he was available. within an hour he was here hour he was here. Detected the problem quickly and issue was resolved, under warranty no charge. THANKS!! more

both employees are SUPER. Rachel called me on Monday to see if I wanted to change my appointment to Monday afternoon from Tuesday morning. I agreed. it allowed me to attend church on Tuesday morning. Crissy came to my and introduced herself. I could tell from speaking with her that she knew what she knew what to do and she did. good job. more

Fall Furnace Checkup 10/17/2016

I called Beverly Services to schedule an appointment for my fall checkup & got one within a week: it was very early in the season. On the day of my checkup, Scott called about a half hour before to let me know he was on his way, through rush hour traffic. When he arrived he introduced himself and was very pleasant. He got to work immediately and respected my request to watch and make sure my cats did not go to the basement. The price for the checkup was reasonable and competitive . Scott completed the furnace check in a timely manner. We chatted a bit about cats. Then he and was on his way. more

Jim called to let me know of his arrival and was on time. Having allergies, I had an UV light installed today to help lessen the allergens in the home. Jim explained the benefits of the light and answered all questions I had. Jim is respectful, professional, and knowledgeable with excellent work habits. Always shut off the lights when done .Will ask for him again. more
