Best Man Movers

If you don't have furniture that you care about, this may be a good choice. It's like having your brothers moving your furniture. You'll get moved, but not without some problems. Three pieces of furniture were damaged in the move. The company was not willing to acknowledge or accomodate us in ANY way after they were paid. I regret not choosing a more reputable company. I got what I paid for. In hindsight, I would pay a little more to not have my furniture damaged. more

Best Man Movers Are A Life Saver! Me and my wife called them at the last minute because Two Men and a truck couldn't make it because they overbooked and then us basically flaked on us at the last minute. So we called Best Man Movers and got an appointment booked in the same day. They came out within the next few hours,ready to go. Not only were they were on time, they also was very professionial looking with nice uniforms! Which impressed my wife beca use she says all the other previous companies such as Two Men and a Truck come out with there shirts untucked and look like they have worked several other jobs before they showed up! Best Man Movers Hopped off their professional truck ready to go! We Had big four bedroom home with very expensive furniture. They wrapped our furniture with special thick furniture pads and then siram wrapped it completely. Our furniture was completely protected!!!! The moved our furniture carefully and they made sure they didn't scratch or bump any walls! They worked very fast, and were polite! They me, my wife and my kids feel very safe around them. They put all of our belongings exactly where we wanted them to they set up all our beds. They completed in a world record time! Which was most impressive! There prices were very affordable,which saved us a lot of money!!!!!!!!!! We have moved several of times and we have never ever,ever,ever,ever seen a company as GREAT AS BEST MAN MOVERS! I I am a certified realtor for National Association Of Realtors and I am going to recommended Best Man Movers to all of my clients from here on when they\r move and I already called better business bureau to let them know they did a excellent job! These guys did a FANTASTIC job. They showed up 5 minutes early and moved a massive amount of furniture and boxes up two flights of stairs in only two hours. Additionally, they were polite, professional, and had great work ethic. I tried and tried to get them to take a break, as it was so hot outside, but they refused and continued for two hours straight. Best Man Movers were lifting boxes two and three at a time and took them up stairs. The young men that came out were excellent. They were very efficient. They completed the task in what we considered record timing. They were courteous and respectful of the items that needed to be moved. I will use this service in the future and I have already referred them to someone else.These guys are GREAT! Would absolutely recommend! more

As I sit here and read all the wonderful lengthy reviews that this company has compiled, I am scratching my head wondering who these folks are talking about and how in the world BMM could have so many LEGITIMATE satisfied customers. I will let you speculate, but what I can tell you is that the bad reviews tell the same story that I have to tell. Why would there be such a wide disparity in the reviews? As for me, they broke furniture and lied about it. They got tired and careless towards the end. They didn't pack the truck right, so the truck that they told me would accomodate everything, DID NOT. We had to go back the next day and move things ourselves. Best Man Movers is ridiculous! Ricky cared less about threats to the BBB. He's probably not affiliated! He and his sidekick arrived in dirty 'uniforms'. Red Flag number 1. In the end, Ricky, acted like a greedy petty little man with no business ethics who wouldn't know how to run a class act business on his best day. They would do better farming out their brute strength to another REPUTABLE operation rather than trying to go it on their own. They clearly need an overseer to keep them in line. As another reviewer so eloquently put it, ""Ricky is a f* joke."" I will NEVER-EVER-EVER do business with them again or refer them to my worst enemy. more

Best Man Movers were wonderful! The most affordable movers I found. They were very accommodating in that it was raining on the original day I was to move, I called them and asked if they could come the next day and it was not a problem. They called an hour ahead to confirm the appointment. I told them I was ready to go so they came early. They were completely professional and courteous. They had my tuck totally packed in one hour. When I reached my destination, states away not a thing was out of place and when I unpacked not a thing was broken. I'm so happy with Best Man Movers. more

They arrived ten minutes early,They knew exactly what they where doing.They were completely professional,throughout the whole move!!They didn't damage any of my furniture or walls.Best Man Movers were moving very fast,it look like they were born to do this! No Call No Show , finally answered his phone to say he called us a day before several times and left several voice mails and we didn't respond so he canceled our appointment? What a Liar no one from his joke of a company called and surely didn't leave any VM!!! DON'T DO IT!!! more

We had a last minute move and needed some assistance within 24 hours. We only needed assistance with moving our belongings from a truck to a storage center. We call Best Man Movers to see if they could assist and they stated they could. They also stated they would call to confirm a couple hours before we were supposed to meet. However, when it was two hours for our scheduled time, I asked my husband to call to confirm and all they said was that ""they couldn't fit us in and would not be able to do the job"". We were left without any assistance - however, we did find another company who was able to come in 1 hour and was awesome - contact us if you want to know how to contact them. more

These guys are the best. I had a simple move, and they made it even easier. Arrived exactly on time, got to work right away. Did whatever I requested and were very efficient. They are friendly, professional, and respectful. I have back problems and they helped me pack up some items, basically whatever I needed or asked for, they accommodated. You really couldn't ask for more. Prices are very reasonable, and the estimate was honored with no surprises. I will definitely use them and recommend without hesitation. Don't even hesitate. If all the movers were like Best Man Movers, moving companies wouldn't have such a bad rap. I love moving to a new place its the packing and loading that sucks!. We decided to hire professional movers being that we didn't want anything damaged or broken like what happens when you hire friends and family sometimes. Well Best Man Movers provided more than we expected. A easy comfortable move! We didn't have to move anything. Everything from first phone contact until the job completed went well. Their employees are very friendly and don't mind conversating with you at all. Their prices are reasonable a little higher than other companies but sometimes the cheapest decision doesn't make it the best decision I was very pleased no damages or dirty furniture...I'm a happy camper. I will call again and recommend to coworkers, friends, and family! more

Best Man Movers customers service skills were incredible. The Secretary (Martisha), was very knowlegable,courteous and stayed in contact with me the entire time prior to the move. Which put my mind at ease!! The Movers arrived ahead of schedule time. These guys are experienced professinals, and they used professional techiques to get all my furniture relocated 175/miles away without any damages occuring. These guys were super fast, generous and took no breaks. They got the job done quickly!!! Im an Apt. manager and Im going to pass out some of there cards to the new tenats!!! Best Man Movers is awesome! They helped me in my recent move, and I didnt have to lift a finger. They were on time and super-efficient. They never once complain that I had so much stuff (and I did, I wouldn't have been surprised to hear a groan or 2 about all the boxes). It actually took longer to move my stuff out of my old place than it did to move it into my new place. My old place had an elevator, and I'm the 2nd floor of my new building with no elevator. There was no complaining about having to carry things up the stairs. In fact, they had the ingenious idea to back the truck up to the 2nd floor railing, and just pass most of the stuff over it, without having to climb the stairs! The price is right too - $165 for the first 2 hours, and then $80 per hour after that. I was completely done in 3 and 1/2 hours, and it was a relief for sure. We recently sold our house faster than expected and calling Best Man Movers helped us move everything into a storage facility for safe keeping until we could buy a new home in the spring. They were unbelievably efficient and careful while packing and moving all of our belongings. Since we are a military family, we really appreciate that they are very military friendly. They made this leg of the move incredibly easy and affordable and we are very much looking forward to having them move us into our new home, when the time comes. :) more

I was moving from Stockbridge to Decatur. I have small 1 Bedroom apartment and not much staff. I was looking for price with packing supplies and Best Man Movers gave me a quote under $200 and since my friend move with them it was a easy choice.Two guys came on the date of loading and before i knew it everything was on the van, Ricky and Davon were young ,strong,professional and very fast, I was amazed how they handle everything, i had no idea what a professional mover meant, I moved few times with friends but this time was fantastic. I will Recommended highly because they are real professional. My mother is moving next month from Riverdale to Covington and she is using Best Man Movers too. I now have a life time moving company. more

I have used Best Man Movers four times, and have had nothing but great results. They are EXTREMELY nice (I have had the same 2 guys do my moves for months, and we pick up on our conversations like we just saw each other yesterday) and professional - and, not to mention fast. On my most recent move, they got me out of my old place and into my new place in under 2 hours. They are also beyond reasonable in price. For my move - INCLUDING moving materials - it was under $300. While I hope to stay at my apartment for a while, if I need to move, I know who I will call. You won't be able to find a better moving company in Ga. I recommend them to EVERYONE, and I feel confident in saying you won't regret it! more
