As I sit here and read all the wonderful lengthy reviews that this company has compiled, I am scratching my head wondering who these folks are talking about and how in the world BMM could have so many LEGITIMATE satisfied customers. I will let you speculate, but what I can tell you is that the bad reviews tell the same story that I have to tell. Why would there be such a wide disparity in the reviews? As for me, they broke furniture and lied about it. They got tired and careless towards the end. They didn't pack the truck right, so the truck that they told me would accomodate everything, DID NOT. We had to go back the next day and move things ourselves. Best Man Movers is ridiculous! Ricky cared less about threats to the BBB. He's probably not affiliated! He and his sidekick arrived in dirty 'uniforms'. Red Flag number 1. In the end, Ricky, acted like a greedy petty little man with no business ethics who wouldn't know how to run a class act business on his best day. They would do better farming out their brute strength to another REPUTABLE operation rather than trying to go it on their own. They clearly need an overseer to keep them in line. As another reviewer so eloquently put it, ""Ricky is a f* joke."" I will NEVER-EVER-EVER do business with them again or refer them to my worst enemy.
