Service personnel are knowledgeable and professional 8/18/2016

When I made the decision to replace my A/C with Best, I did not expect the problems I encountered. I did not like the way the a/c was sounding, so iI called Best. after 2 wks., this new Carrier A/C already needs a new part. I don't even want to go into the problem I had with my alarm system after this installation. Now I am waiting for the tech to come back to install the new part (scheduled & then rescheduled for this Friday). It will be interesting to see if Best will expect to charge me for this visit. more

Billy was your representative. He was here for a plumbing inspection. We were having some issues with our toilets. He provided estimates for repairs and replacements. We chose to replace them. We thought we would have to schedule another appointment. He indicated he had everything on his truck. Work was completed right away. Also replaced the hoses on our washing machine. Very professional service. Work area was cleaned up. We are very happy with the service you provide and have recommended your company to our neighbors! more
