Great to deal with. Awsome bunch of workers 8/30/2016

Had Kevin Williams for tech and Josh and Dave for install. All the guys were very professional, polite and took the time to answer questions. Kevin explained everything Didn't rush or try to up sell. I'm glad I choose Best Home Services These guys made it a lot easier and less stressful on a major investment. Best arrived within 2 hrs of my call; great considering I was not a prior customer. My one disappointment is that the day after the installation, BEST ran an ad in the local newspaper offering the Carrier A/C unit they had just installed for me at a lower price than what I paid. No mention was made of the upcoming, next day newspaper ad. That impacts my recommendation. more

Showed up at expected time. Took a very short time to figure out what was wrong with my air conditioner. Explained the options and costs to fix it. Then fixed it quickly. more

Best Home Services Has The Very BEST Plumber In Shaine Smith!!! 8/23/2016

Never had an amazing experience with any home service technician, Plumber, Electrician, Handy Man....etc. like my wife and I recently experienced with Shaine Smith. He is truly an outstanding young man. He was extremely caring, and really went ABOVE & BEYOND to get a complicated, difficult job done.....and done RIGHT! Shaine Smith puts the BEST in Best Home Services!!! more

Jose and Mark arrived on time and did an excellent job removing the old unit and installed the new unit in a timely manner. They were friendly and helpful in informing me of the process. I highly recommend them and consider them a credit to your company. Also, right after they left Steve Nicks showed up for an inspection. Another asset and knowledgeable guy. A pleasure to meet him. more

Jay was so nice and certainly very qualified. He explained everything to me and gave me several options. Because of his ability and his personality, I signed up for a Maintenance agreement. I will be doing business with Best Home from now on. more
