Poor Customer Service and Rudeness 3/5/2013

Does it really hurt to be friendly to other people? I mean really? Yes, this place serves to take care of cats and dogs and give you a peace of mind but what peace of mind when they have people with attitudes at the front desk that talk about you IN FRONT OF YOU! Seems like it's a monopoly here in Gaithersburg because I have had my pet at other pet daycares that are AMAZING! And even created friendships with the staff because they were just great people overall. Get the attitudes in check and work on being more polite to your customers. Especially when the customer is friendly and sweet as can be!!!! *grumble* Don't like your job, get another one. more

Wonderful Pet Care 8/4/2010

I can't say enough about Best Friends Pet Care! Jake has boarded there as well as attending day camp, which he loves! When we turn into the Muddy Branch shopping center he is beside himself with excitement. Everyone who works there is caring and they genuinely love animals. I toured the facility. I use the same vet that they use when there's a problem. He's an excellent vet. This place is all inside but for inside kennel its pretty clean. more

Great Nail Trim For Cats 6/26/2005

Best Friends Pet Resort and Salon is wonderful with my two cats. I take them there for a nail trim once a month and they do a fantastic job. I trust them completely. more
