Does it really hurt to be friendly to other people? I mean really? Yes, this place serves to take care of cats and dogs and give you a peace of mind but what peace of mind when they have people with attitudes at the front desk that talk about you IN FRONT OF YOU! Seems like it's a monopoly here in Gaithersburg because I have had my pet at other pet daycares that are AMAZING! And even created friendships with the staff because they were just great people overall. Get the attitudes in check and work on being more polite to your customers. Especially when the customer is friendly and sweet as can be!!!! *grumble* Don't like your job, get another one.
