Being that Best buy is the "place to go" I thought I would give it a try. As soon as I got there I should have realized that things were bad and turned around and found another place. I approached the Computer Department searching for someone to assist me. I couldn't find anyone, so I started to browse by myself. While I was browsing I happened to notice SEVERAL employees standing around talking. I made eye contact with one young woman (who turned out to be my sales person later) who saw me but kept on chatting. Finally when her conversation was over I was approached, when I was then bombarded with horrible and obvious sales tactics. I was however,really looking forward to upgrading my old laptop to a new one, so I put up with it until I was sold on a computer. I had certain expectations and I was very clear with the employees as to what those expectations were. I decided to purchase the service plan based on the fact that I was told anything and everything would be covered.
