Five Star Customer Service 3/22/2011

Had to return washer(s) to this store until I got one that worked well and did not have mechanical problems out of the box..not Best Buy problems manufacturer problems..and Best Buy accommodated me with every one, never a hassle of any kind! We have purchased computers, tvs, phones you name it and have been very happy with all sales.. love their price match guarantee too... as hard as it is for a large electronics store to survive they must be doing something right! more

Worse experience ever 2/6/2011

Good: Best buy is in an extremely convenient location, and they carry a wide variety of items.. Bad: I didn't like the woman in the computer department named Amber. She was rude, unprofessional, and pushy.. Improvements: Fire Amber, get a better employee.. more

Great Place for All Your Electronic Needs 7/22/2005

We recently purchased a computer at this local Best Buy which is still fairly new to the area. First off the store is set up well. Everything was easy to find. We weren't hassled as we browsed but when we did need some assistance the staff was excellent. It wasn't all about the sale. Instead it was all about meeting our needs. I really recommend them. more
