I was looking up the phone number for this store and saw a bad review and I had to respond as I have always received great service for returns, purchases and a repair. I will read the negative review as I just glimpsed at it but I go out of my way to do business at this Best Buy!! They are quick to price match and seem to value peoples business. Just the other day I was there for a computer repair and walked around the store in a t-shirt and shorts and received attention and service in at least three different departments. It was pretty obvious that I was not buying anything that day but I was still given a lot of time and never felt like any of the associates were rushed even though two of them obviously stopped what they were doing to answer my questions show me some items and give very honest and insightful feedback. Very knowledgeable, professional and polite staff. This is probably my favorite store do to their customer service. I know NO one and am not related to anyone at
