The Best Buy located on 79 in Heath is a very typical example of what is wrong with big box retailing in this country, and particularly in suburban areas. The employees are intrusive and are not typically knowledgeable about the products being sold, there is a large push for unnecessary warranties, etc. The store itself is enormous, yet there seems to be very little in the way of product diversity. The atmosphere is at once overwhelming and distasteful. Their prices are fairly low, to their credit.
