Bad Experience, as warned! 2/6/2011

Went to Best Buy to buy a computer today. The salesperson was wonderful and polite...the manager, JOSH was rude, ignorant and the poorest example of an employee I have ever experienced. If you treat customers like this before a sale, how would you treat them afterwards? I guess my Purchase was not important to JOSH, he lost it, and didnt care. This is why Best Buy has the reputation they do. Staples treated me great! JOSH, get a new job, you have ZERO customer skills! more

Great selection 9/11/2010

Most of the time we just go to Best Buy to look but we never leave without wanting something. Great selection of computers that are no more expensive than what is available online. I don't buy cds anymore because I use mp3s but they have just about everything you can imagine. more

I have shopped there several times but the service it not great. They do not have enough employees to help customers. I have had to wait a half hour just to get someone to help me. more

Nice store to go to 9/10/2005

Wonderful people working, no high pressure sales. Easy to find items, if you have any questions a salesperson is easy to find and they are very helpful. If you need something that they do not have in their store, they a very helpful in getting the item for you. more

A good place to go 6/13/2005

I like best buy a lot. I go there to get cds and dvds when I'm in heath. They have a pretty awesome selection if you ask me, so I'd recommend it to other people. more

best buy has what your ordinary shopper needs: top 40 cd's,the newest xbox, play station 2 games etc. if you cant find anything for a gift i would suggest a bestbuy gift card. employes are generaly young and dont know to much about the department they are working in. more

Shop online. 6/2/2005

They have a huge selection and most everything a typical consumer may need. Prices aren't anything fantastic. You can find everything on the internet much cheaper (including the shipping cost). I'd recommend Froogle.com for such online shopping. Their staff is generally young, unknowledgeable highschool and college kids. They're good for pointing you in the general direction, but nothing beyond that. more

Best Buy is good for one thing, and that is for killing time. I'll go in there with my friend when I am bored and just play video games for an hour or so. That's all the store's good for, UNLESS you konw what you need, have no questions and they have a good deal on it. It's bad because iIf you have questions, their team of staff more than likely are not going to know crap about what you're asking them. And like all annoying salesmen they try to get you to buy other things in addition to what you're getting, saying "you'll also need this", or "you'll most likely want to get this too" when I know I don't really need it. more

Big Box Boredom. 5/29/2005

The Best Buy located on 79 in Heath is a very typical example of what is wrong with big box retailing in this country, and particularly in suburban areas. The employees are intrusive and are not typically knowledgeable about the products being sold, there is a large push for unnecessary warranties, etc. The store itself is enormous, yet there seems to be very little in the way of product diversity. The atmosphere is at once overwhelming and distasteful. Their prices are fairly low, to their credit. PROS: Relatively low prices CONS: Atmosphere, employees, products more
