Went to Best Buy to buy a computer today. The salesperson was wonderful and polite...the manager, JOSH was rude, ignorant and the poorest example of an employee I have ever experienced. If you treat customers like this before a sale, how would you treat them afterwards? I guess my Purchase was not important to JOSH, he lost it, and didnt care. This is why Best Buy has the reputation they do. Staples treated me great! JOSH, get a new job, you have ZERO customer skills!
