Don’t buy your aftermarket automotive accessories at this store. The install guys sold my girlfriend the most expensive iphone adapter for my truck. Even though it comes with basic installation included, they charged her for 2 extra hours of installation. When I picked up my truck I still had to use FM transmitter, when it was supposed to be direct connect. Could have paid 70 bucks and no install fee for the same thing, instead we paid $300. These guys don’t know what products work with which vehicles. No refunds at all on labor even if they screw up. Terrible customer service and they do not stand behind their services. They clearly took advantage of customer who did not know a lot about car audio. more

Best Buy, but not the Best Service 6/5/2005

Being a technology nut, I've frequent many Best Buys. This one is of my least favorite. The customer service is poor in the specialty areas. There's always a crowd of young folks (which obviously work there) who are just hanging out. When I'm in the music section, I have to find someone to help me because the CD's are always in jumbles and never in the right places. When I finally do get help, they are not aware of what's in stock. It seems that the PDA's are thinning out in all of these stores. This Best Buy can be seen from I-10, but it will take you a few curves, angles and side streets to get to it. PROS: At least there's one in Baton Rouge CONS: Inconveniently located more
