Review content:
Being a technology nut, I've frequent many Best Buys. This one is of my least favorite. The customer service is poor in the specialty areas. There's always a crowd of young folks (which obviously work there) who are just hanging out. When I'm in the music section, I have to find someone to help me because the CD's are always in jumbles and never in the right places. When I finally do get help, they are not aware of what's in stock. It seems that the PDA's are thinning out in all of these stores. This Best Buy can be seen from I-10, but it will take you a few curves, angles and side streets to get to it.
PROS: At least there's one in Baton Rouge
CONS: Inconveniently located
