The best of the best 11/18/2009

They did an excellent job on my Audi. I was rear ended last month and the SUV nearly totaled my car. As of today, you can?t even tell I was even in an accident. Thank you so much to the staff there; your attention to detail is greatly respected. Pros: Excellent Customer Service Cons: None that come to mind more

Great Staff! 4/20/2007

This place is great! They just fixed my Lexus LS430. It was a 5000.00 repair, and they did it in a week. They matched the paint perfectly, and I heard from others that my paint was hard to match. The best thing about Bertolucci's, was they informed me everyday about the progress of my repairs. Will definitely recommend this body shop. Pros: good location more

dishonest and sketchy 12/20/2006

I took my car here after I got in a wreck in the downtown area. They were lazy about returning calls about the status of my car and only did so after me calling them 2-3 times. When I went in to get stuff out of my car, a $300 ipod had been stolen from inside. They told me they had no way of knowing if I was even telling the truth about it and there was nothing they could or would do. I understand it was my responsibility to take it out of the car, but at my regular body shop, nothing like that has ever happened. Best body shop in Nothern California 11/14/2006

My 2005 Suburban was rear-ended in Sept. My Insurance Co told me to go to one of their body shops.... good thing I didn't! I took my car to Bertolucci's, the staff treated me with great care. My Suburban looks awesome! I thank Bertolucci's for all of their hard work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great body shop. Pros: Great Location! more

Costs more for poor work! 10/10/2006

I brought my Lexus to Bertolucci's to have damage from being rear-ended repaired. In my opinion the work they initially performed was not high quality, and showed poor attention to detail. They did do better on the second and third attempts, but not good enough. Cons: They did not care about doing quality work. more
