I took my car here after I got in a wreck in the downtown area. They were lazy about returning calls about the status of my car and only did so after me calling them 2-3 times. When I went in to get stuff out of my car, a $300 ipod had been stolen from inside. They told me they had no way of knowing if I was even telling the truth about it and there was nothing they could or would do. I understand it was my responsibility to take it out of the car, but at my regular body shop, nothing like that has ever happened. These guys are flaky, dishonest, and have no respect for good customer service. Watch out.
