Review content:
Came in for an oil change and maintenance inspection with tyre rotation included. At 1300 I was told it will take 45 minutes to get everything done - not happened. I was waiting until 1353 when mechanic guy called me and asked where is the wheel lock (after he searched my trunk and left carpeting all messed up) - I showed him and asked did he do oil change already because I had to go to work at 1400 - he responded: ""I was looking for wheel lock"" - Well, Mr. Dan since when mechanic guy needs a wheel lock to change the oil?!? However, I spent there another 45 minutes and about 1430-1435 guy at the front desk calls me up saying I am ready to go. Since he did not say anything regarding maintenance inspection, I asked that's all then - he stated yes - I signed and went outside - same question I asked the mechanic guy - he said Yes that's all you need - looking at the invoice I already got. I entered my car and lucky me: mechanical grease was on my stereo (who allowed anyone to touch my stereo if I was doing oil change and inspection which was never completed!?!?!) - then mechanical grease on the leather steering wheel and again same grease on the inner side of driver door. Last thing I noticed was - no sticker saying when I need to come back for an oil change. Already wrote an e-mail to the owner still no response. Well, I have experienced a lot of discrimination in this area where they have their store just because I am immigrant and nothing else. I am immigrant and I am proud of it. At some point all of the americans were immigrants as well so, I think it's little outdated to treat people like slaves - which was not too long ago - like 50 years ago. \r

My advice for all fellow immigrants: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE - THEIR SERVICE IS VERY UNFRIENDLY AND VERY DISAPPOINTING. YOU WILL NOT GET THE SERVICE YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: ha???? you kiddin me?
Cons: they did nothing but dicriminated me and ignored my services requested
