not recommended 9/26/2010

Never ready on time, highly overpriced than other Toyota dealers. 2 years ago they told me my water pump needed replacing, didn't heed their advice, still running with no problem. Don't trust them more

Great Dealership 8/30/2010

Awesome service. My check engine light came on. I called for an appointment and they took me in the next day. I thought they were going to charge me thousands of dollars. It turned out to be some sensor for $275. It was quick, easy and the price was right. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. By the way, they have a shuttle van that took me to work and picked me up later! more

Slow and dubious 3/26/2010

They took a deposit when I ordered my car, and months later it still hand't arrived, despite various inconsistent stories. A colleague when to a neighboring dealer and bought the exact model I had ordered off the lot. Various details of the purchase were botched. I'd never take my car there for service. Pros: Convenient location for some living nearby Cons: Extremely slow service, didn't deliver on promises more

Stay away from this gang 2/24/2010

Unprofessional and careless employees, poor management, worst customer service I've ever seen. Cons: They will rip you more

Stay away from this dealership 3/11/2009

I had a terrible experience with this dealership that has convinced me to stop using them. I brought my 02 Sienna minivan in for service to the rear hatch because of a broken door handle. They charged me over $100 to replace a cheap piece of plastic part and THEN refused to take responsibility for a bad scratch where they parked the car up against a light pole. I never got a customer survey after that service visit. They only survey people with positive experiences. Later, I called them for a price to replace the water pump on my newer 04 Sienna and their price was over $100 more then what I paid at Lexington Toyota. I also paid $100 less to replace an oxygen sensor at a local garage then the price they quoted. Net net - shop around and stay away from Bernardi. Over priced, and arrogant. Lexington Toyota has my business on two minivans now. Good riddance Bernardi. Pros: Nice facility, convenient hours, courteous shuttle drivers Cons: pricey and arrogant more

Shady Service 9/2/2008

I brought my '04 Celica in because my check engine light was on. I was charged $95 for them to hook the car up to a machine (about 5 minutes of labor). They then quoted me $2000 to replace the Catalytic Converter. I did some research online to find how much the actual converter costs and it costs about $175 for the parts, so that means they were charging me about $1,825 for labor. A bit outragous. I took my car to mechanic of a friend and he told me that the sensor for the check engine light jsut needed to be replaced. It cost me $100 to replace the sensor and it completely fixed the problem, the converter did not actually need to be replaced!!!! He aslo told me that to replace the converter would cost about $350 for parts AND labor. Bernardi totally tried to scam me and then REFUSED to return any calls when I questioned their quote and service policy due to the fact that they overcharged me and were not able to even diagnose the problem correctly. They wont' give me my money back, call me back , or even apologize!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! Cons: horrible customer service!!!!!, they scam you! more
