Review content:
I had a terrible experience with this dealership that has convinced me to stop using them. I brought my 02 Sienna minivan in for service to the rear hatch because of a broken door handle. They charged me over $100 to replace a cheap piece of plastic part and THEN refused to take responsibility for a bad scratch where they parked the car up against a light pole. I never got a customer survey after that service visit. They only survey people with positive experiences.
Later, I called them for a price to replace the water pump on my newer 04 Sienna and their price was over $100 more then what I paid at Lexington Toyota. I also paid $100 less to replace an oxygen sensor at a local garage then the price they quoted.
Net net - shop around and stay away from Bernardi. Over priced, and arrogant. Lexington Toyota has my business on two minivans now. Good riddance Bernardi.
Pros: Nice facility, convenient hours, courteous shuttle drivers
Cons: pricey and arrogant
