I have used Berkey's for both Air Conditioning and Plumbing and have very pleased with the responsiveness, the technician who isolated and resolved my problems and the final price...

Worst

Check with ANYONE else and I bet you will get a lower price.

I had two a/c units go down in 3 days.? Berkeys responded quickly each time and I have to say the tech was Excellent.? On both occasions he diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes and had the units up and running.? He took time to talk about the issues and tell me the options. No doubt, Berkeys will continue to be my go to service for a/c issues. more

I did not have a plumbing issue that I knew of, sooo glad I went ahead and had the prepaid plumbing check-up done. The tech discovered we had a carbon monoxide leak!! He fixed the issue on the spot. Thanks for the great service and knowledgeable staff for noticing and repairing an issue we had no clue about! more

I had a few different issues going on with my ac unit last Saturday. The technician was patient, professional, and persistent. It was very confusing what was going with my ac unit and why it was not cooling. He continued to work through all the possible issues with diligence. I can't thank him enough, my house is much cooler and I am so thankful! He also helped explain things to me in a logical way that will help me to make smarter decisions when it comes time to buy my next furnace and ac unit. Thanks for your kindness and patience, you are AWESOME! We will definitely be using your company going forward! more

The technician was very professional while there.? I feel that he did a great job so far, waiting for a new compressor install. I am glad I called you to service my a/c. After the tech left I called the office line and commended him and his very professional attitude. This was a service call for a clogged/unresponsive garbage disposal. The plumber was very respectful of our time and our house; since it was wet he used the plastic booties for which I was thankful. He coached me on the use of the wrench that came with the disposal, which I knew about but had forgotten, and with 2 or 3 twists he was able to clear the obstruction and return it to use. He is very polite and very complimentary of your company, which speaks well of both him and you. We would be pleased to have him return at any time to perform our plumbing work. more

I have been very satisfied with the service from the Customer Service and the technicians that have been out to do the yearly inspections. The technicians have all been very cautious of not making a mess and are very thoughtful of our property. They have always explained what he did and if there were any problems or concerns. Our upstairs ac went out on a Saturday and we were able to have a technician out the same day by 2pm. The technician quickly found the problem and was fixed in about 30 minutes. Great service, very professional. Would greatly recommend to others. more

The people were very courteous and friendly. Before doing any work, they laid down a heavy tarp covering all the floor area and carpet. As they removed the old unit, they kept me updated with what was going on. The outside unit was placed upon a raised concrete pad above the grass. when all was finished they walked me thru the operation of unit and the new thermostat. The next day the Tech came by to check on unit and weather I had any problems. NO. He again walked me thru the operation and thru programming of the thermostat. All said and done no problems, all was covered by the installers and the lead tech. They left the house as clean as it was coming in. I'm very happy with the results. more
