Review content:
The people were very courteous and friendly. Before doing any work, they laid down a heavy tarp covering all the floor area and carpet. As they removed the old unit, they kept me updated with what was going on. The outside unit was placed upon a raised concrete pad above the grass. when all was finished they walked me thru the operation of unit and the new thermostat. The next day the Tech came by to check on unit and weather I had any problems. NO. He again walked me thru the operation and thru programming of the thermostat. All said and done no problems, all was covered by the installers and the lead tech. They left the house as clean as it was coming in. I'm very happy with the results.
