Ben's Fine Furniture

Over the past 5 years I have purchased a whole house full of furniture from Bens Fine Furniture. The staff are polite and helpful. I wanted a different style that they had in stock and they found it immediately and helped me pick out the colors I wanted. More importantly they aren't PUSHY like some of the other furniture store sales staff. I started shopping here due to the great prices but their sales staff and delivery men have turned me into a loyal Bens Fine Furniture customer forever. I bought an expensive leather couch and loveseat from Ben's Fine Furniture. It looked great but after only a couple of months the cushions looked pressed down. I brought in pic's and they agreed to replace it. After quite some time I think Broyhill replaced it. At the time I said to their repair person why would a new one be any different? We would worry about that later. After the one year warrant run out spoke to the owner and he would do nothing, even though the cushions were guaranteed for two years. I was told that is the style of this couch. The cushion are supposed to look like they have had ten years of wear. Won't be back!!! Pete their service man very nice to talk to and helpful. His brother the owner not quite the same. more

Went to their Mattress center for a mattress, it was a very good deal so we thought. They promoted a five star service as tho you had to pay extra for it, everything the sales associate said did not hold up in the end. So read the fine print!! Also the workers were very unprofessional and rude on the phone when trying to find out where the bed actually was in the delivery process. I would not buy anything from this establishment again. more

I saw an ad in the buyers guide that Bens is giving a free tv with a sealy mattress. I had to check it out. After looking at several models and shopping around, I decided to go with a sealy memory foam and I got a free 32" tv from best buy. They delivered it soon after. I'm telling all my friends. more

We needed a new sofa and the informative salesperson at Bens showed a Broyhill. After looking a several models, we chose a tradional model and my wife picked out the fabric. The special order came quickly and Bens had the lowest price around. We love it. more

After recovering from a recent stroke, I found myself looking for a new bed for my new apartment. Now a bed to me is just the furniture part. Didn't think anything about choosing a proper mattress set. Well, Ben's not only had a fine selection, but a friendly staff that took the time to "fit" the correct mattress to my needs. When it came to delivery, due to timetable issues on my end, they sent the bed out as a special delivery on a Saturday morning. It arrived on time and was promptly assembled. I would go back to Ben's because of their personalized attention, fine quality furniture, and after sale service. more

The table and chairs that we purchased from Bens was beautiful. However, the delievery was late...then the wrong item ended up being delivered. We eventually got a replacement table that was a step above what we had originally ordered. Although they made up for the problems, it was quite a hassle. more
