I bought an expensive leather couch and loveseat from Ben's Fine Furniture. It looked great but after only a couple of months the cushions looked pressed down. I brought in pic's and they agreed to replace it. After quite some time I think Broyhill replaced it. At the time I said to their repair person why would a new one be any different? We would worry about that later. After the one year warrant run out spoke to the owner and he would do nothing, even though the cushions were guaranteed for two years. I was told that is the style of this couch. The cushion are supposed to look like they have had ten years of wear. Won't be back!!! Pete their service man very nice to talk to and helpful. His brother the owner not quite the same. more
