After my previous ob/gyn retired I went to the last remaining clinic, WHG, and was given Dr Bennett. It was a miserable experience. The room was dirty, especially the floor which was covered in gravel. The gown was old and ragged, the Velcro wouldn't close, and I was expected to wear this open gown in front of a door that opened out to a public lobby. \r \r Dr Bennett came in and didn't introduce herself, she just started yelling at me for not sitting on the chair in front of the door. She obviously had no idea who I was, because she thought I was a return patient even though that was my first visit. She hadn't bothered to look at my files from my previous ob/gyn. She yells, scolds, complains, attacks, accuses, uses personal insults, and interrupts constantly. \r \r The appointment was rushed and she spent the entire time complaining about her personal life. Well i have to say i have never had a GYN doctor that was so rude or uncaring as Dr. Roles. From my very first visit she was so rude and just kinda dismissed my problem. Now she refuses to even see me if i have any other problem at all because i had a heart attack a year ago and now all of the GYN doctors are afraid to touch me. I thought that having a license to practice medicine was so you can help those in need but i guess not. She just keeps writing me a prescription for pain medicine and tells me to get the all clear from my cardiologist so i can have the surgery for a hysterectomy but the thing is i don't want a hysterectomy. She doesn't care though...so any ladies out there that are thinking of coming to The Women's center for treatment...please think again....and like one woman said i have 3 men in my life currently in Iraq my 2 sons and my husband and i cant get good medical care...go figure more

I am getting ready to have my fourth child with Dr. Bennett and have had nothing but positive experiences with all four! Even the two miscarriages I had in between my first two sons were well handled and I felt cared for and heard each time. We had complications (including an extended bed rest) with the first two kiddos, and not once did I feel like a number. With this current pregnancy everyone on staff has been in tune with me and my needs from the word "go". Dr. Bennett is a toughie, there is no whining aloud, and that is just what I need. . .and maybe what more of us need. more

I know a lot of women are writing that they had a bad experience but the whole office made me feel at ease with my pregnancy. The nurses and nurse practioner for Dr. Catterson were very friendly. I delivered a month early and felt like I was very well taken care and all my questions answered. more

I started with Dr Bennett almost 10 years ago and as the practice got bigger the care got worse. It's all about get you in and send you on your way. No time for questions, no one wants to listen to problems. They make you feel like cattle. I changed and even though I have to drive to another town I am getting much better care more

I had a great experience with Dr. Gros and his nurse Cari, and I know her name because she actually took the time to introduce herself in the exam room. They were both very personable and took the time to address my issues. I would recommend to anyone to see him. more

I have been to this facility a few times and have not felt very welcomed. It's as if they wanted me to be seen and hurry out of their facility. I have been seen by two doctors. I saw the first doctor because I was pregnant but ended up with a miscarriage. The doctor and the staff was not very sympathetic to my situation at all. The staff could care less when I had to make an appointment. I was scheduled for a follow up appointment after my D&C but it was cancelled because the doctor was going on vacation. I was told to wait for another 2 weeks for my next appointment instead of being referred to another physician. They said that I would have to wait longer for an appointment to see another physician within their facility. (That was almost 2 years ago)\r \r I was recently seen by another which was okay she seemed to be very professional but impersonal as well. As for the doctors I saw there, Dr. Welch and Diane, I was very happy with my care. I felt that they were both very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. \r \r However, on the billing end, I am very disappointed. The accounting staff are very rude and seem to have forgotten that they are part of a business where customer service should be important. I was repeatedly billed and threatened with collections for an accounting issue that ultimately turned out to be THEIR fault. I am still waiting for an apology... more

While I believe the Women's Health Group (WHG) may be good experiences for some people, I know that my experiences were not so positive. The place is extremely busy and unable to provide the type of patient care that I believe all people deserve. While the facilities may be nice, I'd rather have someone be empathetic with my situation as opposed to a nice fashionable, cushy chair. I had an annual exam, I had not been to the clinic in 3 years and my appointment lasted all of 15 minutes and I was told I would not be able to get contraceptives b/c my blood pressure as too high. While i understand that, no one explained to me what the next steps were to be taken. I have since gone back and been charged $50 a visit for blood pressure checks. The staff is so intent on getting people in and out that they do not use their interpersonal skills to make you feel at ease. When I got there, I had to wait for many minutes. Dr. Roles was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional woman...Though I may be a fairly young woman, I would still like to be treated the same as the rest of the patients she has, and I feel that I was treated poorly due to my age.when I was getting a checkup, it seemed like she was in a hurry to get out of there and go home, so she was quick, rude, and quickly prescribed me something w/o taking the time to explain to me what it was she was going to give me...I would NOT reccomend Dr. Roles as a doctor, because she is very rude and unprofessional and I do not believe she treats her patients equally more

I go here and Dr. Gross is very profesional and very nice he delivered my baby and I only have great things to say about this place. Especially the new office is wonderful and relaxing. more

I went to this health clinic for my first annual GYN visit. I was very nervous before my appointment, but my doctor made the exam as comfortable as possible. She is very understanding and I feel comfortable talking to her. I feel very open sharing personal information with her because I know that she will keep all information confidential.
