Review content:
While I believe the Women's Health Group (WHG) may be good experiences for some people, I know that my experiences were not so positive. The place is extremely busy and unable to provide the type of patient care that I believe all people deserve. While the facilities may be nice, I'd rather have someone be empathetic with my situation as opposed to a nice fashionable, cushy chair. I had an annual exam, I had not been to the clinic in 3 years and my appointment lasted all of 15 minutes and I was told I would not be able to get contraceptives b/c my blood pressure as too high. While i understand that, no one explained to me what the next steps were to be taken. I have since gone back and been charged $50 a visit for blood pressure checks. The staff is so intent on getting people in and out that they do not use their interpersonal skills to make you feel at ease. When I contacted the billing office the woman had a tone in her voice that stated she'd rather be doing something else then dea
