Flexibility on scheduling service 10/19/2013

I work at benna and the guys in the shop are always willing to squeeze me in if there is a cancelation or a job gets finished faster than anticipated when I need an oil change. I've done this for my customers too when they need an oil change and I'll drop them off at work and they always find a way to get the job done. Thanks guys more

finally fixed! 10/18/2013

I finally got my rust painted and redone. Also I got a leaky manifold gasket and a cracked tone abs ring replaced. John Toman set it all up and it was done in a timely matter. I'm satisfied with the outcome!! Thanks Benna Ford! more

Was totally happy with service I received. Left my vehicle cleaner than when I brought it in. Was prepared to wait for 5 hrs like recall notice said but it only took 3 1/2 and they replaces a leaky shock too they caught. more

Polite staff, good results 10/7/2013

Car in for routine oil change and annual detailing. Customer service was great from the call to make apt. to the service performed. Al in service and Donny in detailing shop were polite and kept me aware of car status. My sales man, John T, went out of his way to visit with me during my waiting period. Overall a fine experience.
