Excellent Service 12/10/2013

I had an issue with my Explorer. The service personell walked me over to the parts department and ordered up the part while I was standing right there. When the part came in I was called to make an appointment to have the vehicle fixed. Every interaction I was greeted with courtesy and kindness. The job was completed and I was very happy with the results. more

This past year I bought my first Ford ever!!! We are seriously thinking about buying a second vehicle and Ford is at the top of the list. Pat O'Brien was the instrumental force in our decision to buy a Ford and we are extremely happy with our decision to do so. The gentlemen in service are professional, polite, and go out of their way to answer and questions or concerns one might have. They get an A++!!!!! more
