2014 Ford Escape 8/28/2013

Our experience was awesome. Our sales person was Buck. It only took two hours to purchase our vehicle. That was looking, financing and signing the papers. Buck made it so easy and hassle free. He answered all our questions and made sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend Benna Ford and Buck! This is my first brand new vehicle and it was so easy to purchase! Friendly helpful staff 8/24/2013

Work was done in a timely manner. I have a service contract and was concerned if the incidentals would be done. My air filter was changed with out me asking about it so now I believe what needs to be done will be done. Very pleased with the service department. more

the man at the service desk asked if I wanted my tires rotated and I said "no" had he told me that the rotation/oil change package was on special, I would have done it. also, in the many years I traded vehicles at DeVincks in Superior, I always got my vehicle back after any service, washed. this was true even if I only was there for an oil change. I wish more dealerships would consider this service more
