I should have read the reviews of this place before shopping here. Why give a estimated date, and then not have the film developed? My film was not ready when they told me it was going to be. And you better bet it was way over-priced. \r \r 17.00/roll, with no prints? You've got to be kidding me. Find someplace else, unless you want to wait forever to get your film back. Seriously, this place is AWFUL. The staff is incredibly rude. I dropped something off on a Thursday and was told it would be ready on Monday. When I went ti pick it up on Wednesday --- two days after I was told it'd be ready -- it still wasn't done. I could deal with that --- things happen -- I give people the benefit of the doubt. The thing that irked me is that the staff was so rude -- not so much as an ""I'm sorry about that"" --- they all need to take a class in Retail Manners 101. And by the way, my order still wasn't done when they told me it'd be done the next day. And still not an ounce of apology. I will never go back to this place again. \r I have been a loyal customer since 1998 and only trust these guys with my images. When i enter the store the staff( which i must add has been the same for all these years) make me feel like family.\r There prices are very competative and there quality is top rate. Give them a try and you wont regret it.\r There is not many photo stores left in New york, so they must be doing something right ...... \r more

Don't know how they stay in business! Way Way overpriced for Kinko's/Staples quality work. Slow, unpleasant, unhelpful staff. Even their passport photos took forever. And they've lost my film on two occasions! Pros: LOCATION Cons: Everything Else more

before i knew anything about photography, i would go here all the time and be happy with my prints because the quality of the paper they use is good. however, the staff doesn't seem to know anything about printing...there were often dust spots on my prints, looked discolored and flat. they also take FOREVER to do ANYTHING. if you give them a roll on a saturday, it won't be ready till wednesday or thursday. they also will tell you it's ready at a certain time, and when you go they are never done on time, and they have to fumble around for 10 minutes looking for them. they are also WAY over priced. the staff also take no responsibility for your prints, and if you are unhappy with them well that's your fault, they did everything they could... Although the quality of the prints is fine, the staff is slow and unhelpful. They seem to think that every request is a huge effort and each time I'm in there I hear them arguing with a customer. I continue to frequent them because they are the nearest photo shop to me... But I would love to find a new place. This photo shop is extreamly expensive and they couldn't care less about the quality of your prints. The staff are happy to argue with you about why they could print your neg any better because it's ""taken badly"" even when you can show them a 1-hour photo print that looks great.
