before i knew anything about photography, i would go here all the time and be happy with my prints because the quality of the paper they use is good. however, the staff doesn't seem to know anything about printing...there were often dust spots on my prints, looked discolored and flat. they also take FOREVER to do ANYTHING. if you give them a roll on a saturday, it won't be ready till wednesday or thursday. they also will tell you it's ready at a certain time, and when you go they are never done on time, and they have to fumble around for 10 minutes looking for them. they are also WAY over priced. the staff also take no responsibility for your prints, and if you are unhappy with them well that's your fault, they did everything they could...
Pros: nice paper, convenient location, good hours
Cons: overpriced, stubborn staff, bad prints
