Had an issue with a kitchen drain and Eddie came in and fixed the problem with ease. He was very professional, pleasant to talk with, explained the process and left the area clean. In addition, he took time to discuss another non-pressing issue I need to get fixed. I highly recommend Eddie! more

John was on time, thoroughly explained what I needed to have done and why. He told me what the cost would be and I gave him a "go." It took much less time than I had feared it might. Very good experience. This company always seems pricey. However, they always do a good job. Guess that balances. more

cranky hot water tank 11/15/2017

Eddie assessed the situation and explained why it had to be replaced rather than repaired. Problems occurred along the way but he just kept working to find a solution-not easy getting "cranky hot water tank" out of the basement and up a narrow stairway. He left the area nice and clean. He was very pleasant and efficient. If I need additional plumbing, I would definitely request him. more

Had a new hot water heater installed. Jay was informative and personable. The options were clearly and simply explained. The work was done quickly and neatly. The space is cleaner after the installation than it was before Jay started. Thank you Jay and Ben Franklin! more

When you see the price tag, you expect great service. That's exactly what we got we Garrett's visit. He was fast, friendly, clean, well spoken with a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor. He quickly made my wife feel comfortable about having him in our home. I don't normally take the time to leave reviews but knew after having this good guy over, I felt I had a responsibility to edify this young man! What a great job! Keep it up Garrett! more

Jay always does a great job, that is why I always ask for him. He has done many jobs for us and everything he worked on is in wonderful condition. I will continue to ask for him. We talked about replacing my kitchen sink but the price for doing that is out of line in my opinion. We put that in about 3 years ago and the price was $175, your price is $999. Not worth that kind of money even though I know it will be done right. I will continue to do business with you in most cases because the work is good. Just bought 3 years of Ben membership. more

Garrett was very knowledgeable about the water heater that needed to be installed. He was alert and very nice when he showed up at my house at four thirty in the morning. He did an excellent job and cleaned up before he left. I would recommend him and Ben Franklin to any one more
