Very Fast Services 1/18/2010

I ordered 2 wood blinds a week before my I moved to my new apartment, I have been told it would take two weeks but got them installed in just 4 days. The same person who came to measure also installed my blinds. Pros: Got My 2 Wood Blinds in 4 Days more

Still Waiting On My Shades!!!! 7/7/2009

I went with Bello Blinds because I thought the person that I met with was trust worthy and reliable. I was wrong. I was told that my shades which I paid a significant amount for would arrive in 3 weeks. Well much to my surprise it has now been almost 5 weeks and I still have not received my order. When I call they tell me they will check on my order and get back to me and I have had no response. If I do not receive my shades in the next week I will be taking Bello Blinds to court. Do your self a favor and avoid Bello Blinds!!! Cons: Everything more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have had my blind for three months, will not return phone calls, emails or the blind. They were supposed to replace or repair a broken roller, they were unable to do either (they supplied the blind originally) and now it seems I can not get my blind back which is one of a set of three custom windows. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and call someone else! Pros: NOT ONE Cons: EVERYTHING more

Unreliable, Horrible Service 4/22/2009

I am extremely disappointed with bello blinds. \r At first, they were nice and prompt. Things fell apart when the blinds came in the wrong order, and they didnt admit it was their fault. Till now, I still didnt receive my shades. Its been 2 months and they promised 10 working days. The owner doesn't pick up the phone and sets an installation appointment, doesn't show up. How worst can it get! Very shady company, i would not trust this company at all. more

Slowest installation ever, I ordered blinds 4 months ago, still not installed : ( 5/9/2008

If u r looking for blinds to be installed extremely late, for installers to cancel appointments/installations, or just not to show up, Bello Blinds is the company for you. I ordered blinds 4 months ago and have had 3 cancellations: parts never arrived, family emergency, car broke down. After specidically requesting a timely installation, I'm still waiting for them to complete for their job... more

Bello Blinds delivered as promised. The in-home consultation was extremely useful, as we could discuss different options in the actual space being used! Several different options were available and ordering could not have been easier. The blinds arrived in about two weeks, and were rapidly and professionally installed -- with clean-up following installation! I would happily recommend Bello Blinds to anyone looking for blinds/curtain installation! Extra note: I had a relatively incovenient schedule, and they still went out of their way to accomodate me. Pros: Friendly, personable service; Neat, professional installation. more

My blinds delivered as ordered 11/3/2007

I let Bello Blinds install blinds in my new apartment, and that was a good choice. I now have beatiful wood blinds with remote control in my living room. Everything was according to specs, and installed in a professional manner. more

INEXPERIENCED 10/14/2007

Bello Blinds is inexperienced and way over priced. Wouldn't entertain other comp. prices. ONLY in business 2 years...unprofessional, late, rude and sloppy workmanship. If you want to pay for a cleaning company to come back into your home when they leave, Bello Blinds is for you! Otherwise, I highly recommend you search elsewhere. Extremely disappointed since Bello was referred to me. I will not refer Bello to my enemy. Good luck! Pros: When they left my apartment Cons: all of the above more

Excellent work and great customer service 9/3/2007

I hired this Bello Blinds to install some Hunter Douglas blinds in our Manhattan corporate apartment. They did the job in an incredibly short 5 days from first contact to finished installation. The blinds looked perfect after the installation and the total cost was very reasonable. Most importantly, they did everything on time, on budget and the finish product was as promised. I would definitely recommend them to a friend, and I will use them again the next time around. more

Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service. I am so happy with my new blinds and the service I received. There were numerous options to choose from and each was explained adequately in order to choose the best option for my price range and wants. After receiving a few estimates, this was the best cost and option, along with the friendliest service. I am so pleased with my decision, not only the blinds, but also with the people who work here. Great customer service. 8/21/2007

This company made roller shade installation for my oversize brownstone windows painless. You do not need to leave your home-- a person comes to you to measure the windows and brings a book of samples so you can see how each will look against your window. This was very helpful. Then the same person comes back to install it about two weeks later. Hassle free! Pros: convenience, selection more

Couldn't be happier with the shades installed by Bello Blinds. The service was great and the staff went beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. When we first had the shades installed, Simon worked around my newborn's nap schedule. And then, when we had to renovate, Simon removed the shades and stored them for us for a considerable length of time. He just reinstalled them for a modest fee and we are extremely happy that we worked with Bello Blinds. You don't find customer service like this in New York City usually. Just be patient when trying to reach them by phone. They are extremely busy but eventually will get back to you. Or you might need to keep trying. more

i recently had baught blinds from bello, i didn't really know what i was doing as far as specs, however the staff was real patient with me. in the end i got exactly what i needed and i was real satisfied with their service. I probably will never go anywhere else. more

Excellent Upper East Side Blind's service 4/4/2006

Simon is the nicest man and very patient, especially with my boyfriend and I, who could not decided which blinds to order! The blinds were delivered and fitted when Simon said they would be, we are very happy with the whole Bello Blind service and would recommend them to anyone. more
