I went with Bello Blinds because I thought the person that I met with was trust worthy and reliable. I was wrong. I was told that my shades which I paid a significant amount for would arrive in 3 weeks. Well much to my surprise it has now been almost 5 weeks and I still have not received my order. When I call they tell me they will check on my order and get back to me and I have had no response. If I do not receive my shades in the next week I will be taking Bello Blinds to court. Do your self a favor and avoid Bello Blinds!!! Cons: Everything
