I was completely disgusted with the professional behavior of this clinic. Two Days in a row a member of my family and myself experienced traumatic situations regarding a newborn kitty and a feline that has been with us for twenty years. Comet, a newborn, just became a companion to my aging father. His lack of knowledge was hoping to be reassured by the staff that his new friend would be taken care of when a health issue arose that made him very concerned. The young receptionist treated my father with no respect in her arrogance toward him. The following day I brought in my Siamese cat, Samantha, that has been with me for over twenty years. I have been to this clinic before and have never experienced such cockiness as to how the same receptionist acted toward me. I felt humiliated by her nasty comments and sarcasm. I was even more upset by Dr. Ray and his lack of concern for his diagnosis. Initially he stated that Samantha needed to be put to sleep in which I was distraught over. I was weeping uncontrollably and was told further test needed to be done. After an hour or so I was contacted and told that she had a severe bladder infection. In speaking with the doctor I had mention my concern about how they should have done the basic testing instead of informing me of the worst scenario. After a long conversation with the doctor on the phone I experienced an abrupt hangup. RUDE! I did not expect this from a professional. If anyone reads this please be made aware of what to expect. Cheapest doesn't mean good service. more

My dog was limbing, vet told me it was a torn ACL - my dog would problably need surgery. After charging me for exam and x-rays, the next day my dog couldn't walk at all. I called them back and asked if I should bring him back in. They said they would call me back. Sure, called me back 4 hours later after the clinic was closed! I had to take my dog to another vet to get the correct diagnosis! Never needed x-rays, it was a muscle in his back. Total waste of money and time and my dog being miserable!!!! Go somewhere else, there are much better options. Plus the clinic smells of urine and is very, very dirty. more

A few years back my dog had been hit by a car. Luckily she had no harm but a bruised lung and needed simple stitches in her head. Unfortunately Belle City turned our dog away when we thought the problems were so much worse. We never returned there, even though it was our regular vet for so many years. more

this vet clinic is the only vet clinic that still has walk in appointments!!!! They will see almost any animal that you have with the exception of RABBITS. They are fully staffed and very friendly. The care that is given is great! The cost how ever is a bit high but well worth it. more
